Securing the welfare of Senior Citizens is one of Mayor Strike B. Revilla's Topmost Priorities

More than seventy presidents representing the various senior citizen organizations within Bacoor attended the Senior Citizens General Assembly held on 05 May at the ABC Hall. The event likewise served as training for the attendees, as they were re-oriented on their responsibilities as leaders in their respective areas. Securing the welfare of the more than 46,000 senior citizens in the municipality is one of Mayor Strike B. Revilla’s topmost priorities. This is evident in the programs being implemented by the local government, such as the Libreng Sine (every Monday and Tuesday), 32% discount in medicines, and medical assistance among others. Incidentally, the Municipal Health Office will be holding its ‘Kalinga Para kay Lolo at Lola,’ a medical mission specifically for senior citizens on 29 May at the Alima Health Center. Also present during the event were Senior Citizens Provincial Federation President Senor Angel Pamiter, Senior Citizens Federation President in Bacoor, Mr. Bienvenido Mejia, OSCABacoor Chairperson Ms Angelina Cervantes and Ms Chaye Cabal Revilla.
